FaxZero: Free Internet Faxing

A couple of weeks ago, I needed to fax an order form. I haven’t configured my computer to send faxes and my fax machine isn’t set up either. So I searched for a free tool to help.

I was so happy when I discovered FaxZero. What a cool thing. You upload a document or PDF to fax to anyone for free (maximum 3 pages, 2 free faxes a day). The cover page will contain an ad — not a problem for most faxes I need to send. But if I need something more professional, I can pay $1.99 and fax up to 15 pages with an ad-free cover sheet.

FaxZero: Free Fax • Free Internet Faxing.

  • GotFreeFax.com is another website that lets user send free fax online to the US and Canada. User can either upload a PDF/Word file or enter text to fax. Plus, it does not add Ads to the fax, which makes it more suitable for faxing formal documents.

  • One issue with FaxZero is it’s really slow. It can take several hours to fax something.

It’s free and a great service, but it’s worth nothing that it’s not instant in the way you’d expect a fax to be.
