I was honored to have been chosen as a speaker for a special program for the American Society of Association Executives. The program is called Ignite, and the concept is that you tell a story with a lesson in 5 minutes using 20 slides, which advance every 15 seconds. I chose to tell a very tough story about how running charity marathons teaches me about teamwork.
