Wonder

2016-08-03 13.40.55I’m forever forgetting whether my sister’s house number ends in a 2 or a 5. And I always have to dig for my Marriott Rewards Number. And there are a thousand other things that I forget on a weekly basis.

That’s why I am so excited about Wonder. It’s a “bot,” not an app, which means that all you have to do is send a text message to a contact in your phonebook to activate it.

As you can see from the picture, you share a fact with Wonder, and it remembers. Then when you need to remember, you just ask it.

The fact has to be structured very simply. “The garbage truck comes on Fridays” didn’t work, but “My garbage is picked up on Fridays” worked just fine. But it didn’t seem to mind when I said “Crap!” :). Guess it’s used to that.

UPDATE: One of my favorite nerds tried it, and the results… well… #whatev. I tried to play with Wonder to see if it could forget something it had remembered with no luck. Ah, technology.

Wonder results
