Zoom on Zoom Session

Last week I hosted a session on Zoom. The topic? Zoom. I covered the features of Zoom that will help you look, sound and interact better on this ubiquitous videoconferencing platform.

But wait, there’s more!

This week I also discovered a cool tool called Videoticle that lets you convert a YouTube video into an article that you can read in a flash. Since the Zoom class was more of a hands-on program, I chose a more expository video for a sample.

Not only is the transcription darn good (I’m guessing it is pulled from YouTube’s transcription?), but it also breaks up the article with screenshots from the video itself. Clever! And for those of us who don’t have the time or inclination to watch a whole video, converting it to text is perfect.
