Noteworthy AI Stories

This week I was going to talk about a big development for chatbots, but I am delaying the post until I can speak with more authority.

OpenAI just came out with Dots, which are cute little cartoons that I’m pretty sure are the spoonfuls of sugar to help the AI agents go down easier, meaning they made agents non-threatening and easier to use so more people give them a try.

I don’t have access yet, but I expect OpenAI will expand to other levels. Right now Dots are for people who pay $100+ a month for ChatGPT. I’ll do a post on that when they do.

So instead, I want to share some of the important stories I’ve been reading about AI so you can make more informed decisions about the technology’s meteoric rise, mind-blowing advancements and alarming disclosures.
