Google+ Hangouts: Videoconferencing and live broadcast tool

Google+-Hangouts-logoGoogle+ Hangouts may change the way you conduct your meetings. Start your meeting in a matter of minutes by inviting colleagues to connect via their Google+ accounts (any Gmail account works). Each participant (up to 10) shows up in a video line below the main screen; and when people speak, they pop up to the main screen.

In addition, you can broadcast your Hangout live through your YouTube account. This is a great opportunity to invite members to watch a discussion of industry trends among invited experts. You can record your Hangout (It’s automatic if you’re broadcasting live.) and share it via YouTube.

Google+ Hangouts made Beth’s Top Meeting Tools list!
